Viticulture

This course will provide the student with theories and principles related to viticulture and environmental horticulture science.  This course will provide local viticulture industry tours and guest speakers and explore viticulture careers.  This course is intended to successfully prepare those students interested in the Sonoma County’s agricultural industries.
