Welcome To The El Molino Culinary Arts Program!



Welcome to the El Molino Culinary Arts Program. Here we teach young adults everything they need to know to get a head start in a rewarding career in culinary. Students learn everything from how to set the table to how to improvise a delicious four-course meal.
The classrooms are located in the C-7 rooms at the El Molino campus. The foods room is divided into three sections: the main six student kitchens, the teachers and commercial kitchen, and the hospitality room. The teachers are experienced with great attitudes and love to teach and cook. The El Molino Culinary Program is exceptional by any standard.
The Culinary Program is divided into three separate ROP courses. The first class being for beginners is the Foods & Nutrition class. The more advanced students having one or more years of experience take Culinary Arts or Baking & Pastries.
This course is not limited to school. The students are required to take what they have learned home and cook for their homework. They are also able to volunteer with community foods events and help raise money for the schools program. There is no better qualification for a job in the foods industry than a resume that boasts three years at the El Molino Culinary Arts Program.
